MATERIALS
Technoforming Company uses only high quality materials.
Primary alloys, stainless steel, anodizing screws, glass
fibres, special painting and screws in stainless steel
or titanium (2pcs. wheels).
CERTIFICATIONS
All ATP wheels are tested inside laboratories of the company
and are provided with certifications issued by severe
German TUV and KBA institutes. Technoforming Company is
certified ISO 9001 edition 2000 and is waiting for environmental
certification ISO 14001.
STAINLESS STEEL LIPS
They are shared through six passages. Stainless steel
doesn't allow weather to spoil them. They are mechanically
fixed on the channel without any stick and are lifelong
guaranteed even against partial detachment. Should be
necessary, it's possible to replace the lips in TECHNOFORMING
Factory thanks to special patented machineries. We recommend
you to use "Technoforming microfibre cloth"
whenever you clean your lip.
STAINLESS STEEL WHEELS
They are covered with a thin sheet in stainless steel
mechanically mounted without any stick and lifelong guaranteed
against even partial detachment. Unbeatable through oxydation.
We recommend cleaning through "Technoforming microfibre
cloth".
MANUFACTURING
All pieces of the wheel are manufactured in Italy, checked
and mounted in out factory in Longhena.
GUARANTEES
Silver, bright satin, bright silver, carbon look painting
is one year long guaranteed against oxydation and we
recommend cleaning through "Technoforming microfibre
cloth".
ACCESSORIES
Kits are separately packaged and are guaranteed like wheels.
They are manufactured in Italy with the best available
materials.
PACKAGING
All ATP wheels are packaged one by one in reinforced cardboard
boxes on automatic plants and they are protected through
other cardboard inside of each box. |
